Refund policy
As much as we hope that you truly enjoy every product you choose to order, we understand that everyone has different skincare wants and needs. Unfortunately, we will not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction with a product. This is due to sanitary reasons. As a small business, products are made to order and we encourage to contact us if there are any questions or concerns about your products. We will try to rectify any issue. The only instance where a refund will be considered is with damage to the product.
