Melted Butters

Whipped body butters are created by whipping solid butters and oils to create a fluffy product. When exposed to extreme temperatures, the product WILL melt. Please ensure that you are retrieving your packages when you get them. As temperature increase, so does the likelihood of receiving a melted butter. By purchasing this product you are accepting this risk and we will not honor any refunds due to a melted butter.

THIS CAN BE FIXED.

Place your melted butter in a fridge to allow it to solidify. Once solid, you can use it normally. If you want to return it to its fluffy texture, mix it with a hand mixer and it will fluff it right back up.

Please note that since this is a whipped product, the container might appear "half-empty" when melted. This is normal. We fill products by weight.
